From daily “tailgate” safety meetings to company-wide quarterly safety meetings, Pickett takes the safety of our personnel, our clients and the public seriously. The well-being of our company and clients is dependent on the safety of our workforce. No job is so urgent that time cannot be taken to perform it in a safe manner.

We are committed to continuously striving for an injury-free workplace. Our safety culture is enabled through effective leadership, including a dedicated Safety Lead in each office, safe work practices and procedures, and education, training and awareness. Every team member is required to read and sign our extensive Health and Safety Manual upon onboarding, as well as take safety training courses through our learning and development platform, emPowerU.
